My next run workout asks me to run, for example, “4m at 63-67% pace”.
I'm expecting a run pace to be something like “4:30/km". That's the standard format I have always seen/used for run workouts.
Threshold pace can be manually set in intervals.icu profile (I’m guessing that what this is relying on), but that would be a moving value that will fluctuate depending on other variables, just like ftp will go upnor down for cycling, and it goes against the whole idea of these platforms if the workouts rely on a value that needs to be manually set in their profile by the athletes. I doubt what I would set it at to be very accurate today, and it would likely become less accurate over time.
It would make more sense for intervalcoach to read previous run workouts (it has my pace and hr, and it knows my threshold hr) to know what pace (in minutes per km) to give me for my workout intervals.
