Nutrition adapt to time of day
My workout schedule has them starting at 7am, but the nutrition plan recommends eating a meal 3 hours before.
Can you adapt nutrition recommendations to the timing of the workout?

Hi Hugh, thanks, this is a fair point and the current advice is wrong for your mornings. The pre-workout block is sized from how heavy the session is, and it never looks at when the session starts, so a 60-minute ride gets "2 to 3 hours before" whether it is at 07:00 or 17:00. For an early start the right advice is different: a carb-rich dinner the evening before does the glycogen work, and a small easy-to-digest snack 30 to 60 minutes before the session is enough, or nothing at all for an easy hour. I am going to make the advice read the start time of the planned session, so early sessions get that version instead. No date yet, but it is on my list.
