Set a rotating training schedule, not just one repeating week
Your availability is one weekly pattern that repeats, which does not work if you are on shifts or any rotation that runs longer than seven days. Today that means editing your schedule by hand every time the rotation comes round.
This would let you define the whole cycle once, for example a four-week shift pattern, with the days you can train and how long you have on each of them, and let your plan follow it from there.

Please upvote 🙏 Even for people who don’t work shifts, been able to determine your own volume period that repeats would be really beneficial for a lot of people.

Thanks Alexander. Agreed, it's not only for shift workers: a 10- or 14-day cycle, or a hard/easy pattern that doesn't line up with the calendar week, has the same problem. That's why I'd build it as a cycle of any length, not just a shift pattern. It's high on my list.
